REFUND POLICY

RETURN REQUESTS
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email alan@tranyond.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos or video so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made, personalized, modified, used, installed, or customer-damaged items may not be returnable unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, we will provide the return location and shipping instructions and will tell you whether any return-shipping cost applies before you send the item. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
For the fastest exchange, contact us first. We may ask you to return the original item and place a separate order after the return is approved.
